教育经历
2004年3月毕业于天津大学并获得硕士学位,2007年6月毕业于南开大学并获得博士学位。2007年9月晋升为南开大学讲师,2009年12月晋升为副教授。美国University of Michigan访问研究学者(Research Scholar)。
研究经历
陈新亮(1978-),博士/副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事光电子薄膜材料与器件领域的研究工作。主持和参加国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973项目)、国家自然科学基金项目、天津市自然科学基金和中央高校创新基金项目。在透明导电氧化物(TCO)薄膜,太阳电池(Solar cells) 以及新型光电子器件等领域有较深入的研究。近年来,在《Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells》,《Thin Solid Films》,《Applied Surface Science》,《Journal of Crystal Growth》,《物理学报》和《半导体学报》、《光电子激光》等研究性期刊上发表研究论文20余篇,申请并获得10余项国家发明专利。《中国电力百科全书(第三版)》新能源发电卷编撰者。
2009年11月份,中国上海第一届薄膜太阳电池研讨会做邀请报告;2012年9月份,德国汉堡第27届欧洲光伏会议暨展览会(27th EU-PVSEC)会议口头报告(oral presentation);2014年9月份,荷兰阿姆斯特丹第29届欧洲光伏会议暨展览会(29th EU-PVSEC)会议报告(poster presentation)。
《ACS Nano》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry A》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》、《Journal of Power Sources》、《Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics》、《Thin Solid Films》、《Applied Surface Science》以及《Materials Research Bulletin》等国际期刊通讯审稿人(Reviewer)。指导研究生闫聪博同学毕业论文荣获“天津市优秀硕士学位论文”;张翅同学荣获研究生“国家奖学金”;王斐同学荣获“南开大学优秀硕士毕业生”。
