研究经历

刘玮,现任南开大学副教授,硕士导师。2007年毕业于南开大学物理学院取得理学博士学位;毕业后至今工作于南开电子信息与光学工程学院;2007年任讲师;2009年任副教授。研究方向为光伏薄膜材料与能源材料物理及器件的研究。涉及化合物化合物异质结薄膜太阳电池材料与器件。

当前研究重点为铜铟镓硒CIGS薄膜太阳电池材料及器件物理。包含铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳电池实验室小面积器件及中试规模大面积组件优化等研究。目前主要集中于柔性衬底(flexible)的CIGS薄膜太阳电池及组件进行研究。主要研究内容为低温生长CIGS薄膜机制及器件优化等问题。柔性聚酰亚胺(PI)CIGS太阳电池实验室效率达12.1%,4cm×4cm柔性大面积PI衬底CIGS太阳电池效率达7%(均由中科院太阳光伏发电系统和风力发电系统质量检测中心鉴定)为2014年国内公开报道的最高效率。发表SCI,EI及国际高水平会议等学术文章40余篇。并获得过第十届与第十一届中国光伏会议优秀论文奖。
其中2012年发表于Physica Scripta 的文章为当年度的Highlight 文章。曾受邀访问过德国太阳能与氢能研究中心(ZSW)、意大利电子和磁性研究所(IMEM-CNR, Parma, Italy)南洋理工大学能源研究中心(ERI@N),长庚大学绿色科技中心(Chang Gung University Green Technology Research Center)。并在国际会议ICMAT2011 Singapore及境外the 4th conference on compound thin film solar cells 会议上做邀请报告。合作专著《薄膜太阳电池关键科学与技术》。solar energy material and solar cells, Journal of crystal growth, Physica Status Solidi A, Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Electronics, Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing等国际期刊通讯审稿人,国家自然基金函聘审稿专家。
