科研项目、成果、获奖、专利等情况:

主持3项国家自然科学基金,参与一项国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点项目、一项国家973项目、一项国际合作项目。研究内容包括化合物半导体高效光电转换与太阳电池和固态LED照明用发光材料材料与LED器件。在Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等期刊发表论文近70篇,其中一些文章被以封面或Frontispiece发表。研究工作被德国Wiley出版集团旗下的 MaterialsViewsChina.com等网站进行专题报道,并被选为欧洲同步辐射中心(ESRF)或Semiconductor Science and Technology研究亮点。
